Last week on Oct. 8th, at 10:03 pm, Gianna became an Auntie! Big sister Sri, had a baby girl, 6.5 lbs, 19.5". Sri and Clinton her Vivian Rose. So far, Sri says being a Mom is easy. Hee, hee, hee. Here are a few pictures.
On the night Sri was giving birth, we were celebrating my friend, Daniel's Birthday. So one of my best friends shares his birthday with my (gulp!) granddaughter.

The next weekend, Gianna and I went to Iowa for the Martin Brothers Food Show. She was teething for the weekend. It made it challenging. We had a great time in the pool. We played with some toys on the steps and we bounced around a lot. We swam until our lips were blue.
We shared the same bed because the hotel wanted 10 dollars for a crib. When she woke up in the morning, she jumped on me and said, "get up, mamma!" It was adorable!
